Slack Alerts

Our Slack integration offers a great way to keep your team in the loop and act on survey responses timely.

It allows you to receive notifications inside your Slack account whenever new survey data is available or when a user enters a segment in Trackey.

To set up your first alerts, follow the steps below.

1/ Go to the “Alerts” section of your Trackey account.

2/ Click on “Create Slack Notification” and give it a name, e.g. “Passive Users”

3/ Define when you want to receive an alert.

Segment Integration

This week we have tackled one of the most important parts of the Trackey product, with our first integration.

Trackey’s Cloud Source integration allows you to easily track events and update user traits in Segment, based on Trackey survey responses.

Trackey relies on your data to create our hiper-segmented Surveys. The fastest way to get that data flowing into Trackey is using Segment with our  webhook integration.

With the Trackey <> Segment integration, you can send qualitative insights collected from Trackey into your analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools for deeper analysis and advanced user targeting.

This allows you to build a rich collection of zero-party data of your customers, which is crucial to your success in a privacy-first world.

After the integration, you will be able to create user segments with the data received!
